YOUNG MAN:
Of course.
What makes you so sure about this?
Have you managed to become a happy person?
Alfred Adler found a very simple answer to this question
HOW A PERSON CAN BECOME
HAPPY?
"What is happiness? " is one of the most debated topics since ancient times. Everyone seeks answers, but not paying enough tention to the simple question:
AND YOU CAN

BECOME HAPPIER RIGHT NOW!

How to love yourself, find your vocation and choose happiness

TO BE DISLEKED
THE COURAGE
Based on the book by Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga
ACCORDING TO ADLER'S
THEORY, THE FEELING OF "I'M USEFUL TO SOCIETY" OR "I AM USEFUL TO SOMEONE"  IS THE ONLY THING THAT GIVES US AN AWARENESS OF OUR OWN WORTH. THAT IS, HAPPINESS -
IS THE FEELING OF CONTRIBUTING TO SOCIETY.
ADLER
ALFRED
Adler argued that the system of purposeful aspirations developed in childhood fulfills the human need to achieve superiority, self-assertion as compensation for the "inferiority complex". He was the first to introduce the term…

In contrast to Freud’s emphasis on the role of the unconscious and sexuality as a determinant of human behavior, Adler introduces a social factor into his explanation: a person’s character is shaped by his "life style.
PHILOSOPH:
YOUNG MAN:
All people can be happy. But that doesn’t mean that all people are already happy
I can t accept such a simplistic definition. According to your logic, all people should be happy!
THIRST FOR RECOGNITION
SELF-LOATHING
EMOTIONAL INJURIES
STRENGTHS
DISSATISFACTION WITH LIFE
ILLUSIONS
PURPOSELESS EXISTENCE

LIFE FROM THE PAST
MAN'S GREATEST MISFORTUNE IS SELF-LOATHING
MAN'S GREATEST MISFORTUNE IS SELF-LOATHING
MAN'S GREATEST MISFORTUNE IS SELF-LOATHING
This is a mistake, because recognition is an easy way to achieve a sense of belonging. If one who seeks assistance eventually gets public recognition, then in the long run one has no choice but to satisfy the desires of others.
IF THE MAN
is bound by the thirst for recognition, then the trump cards of interpersonal relations will always remain in the hands of other people
People want to be happy, they want to feel valued, they want to like themselves. To do that, they need a feeling of assistance that inspires them: "I am useful to someone.

And mistakenly they begin to crave recognition.
In sense of belonging, achieved through a thirst for recognition, there is no freedom. A People
must choose freedom and pursue happiness
PHILOSOPH:
Yes, it disappears. You no longer need someone else's recognition.
YOUNG MAN:
So if one has a sense of community, then the thirst for recognition disappears?
to be normal
the courage
Probably because the person cannot accept and recognize his normal personality. He rejects "normality" because he equates himself with incompetence. But "normal" does not mean "not capable of anything.

The secret is that you just don’t need to flaunt your superiority. A healthy self-esteem is a vital first step
It seems that all people cannot be "especially good. People have their strengths and weaknesses, and one can always find differences between them and as if there#is one thing left for all losers: being#particularly#bad. In this case, Adler’s psychology emphasizes the "courage to be normal. But people resist being "normal.
Why do people need to be "special" so much?
being "normal" means internally accepting the aimlessness of existence. Therefore, we argue that man needs to have a high purpose in life
But for most of us,
PHILOSOPH:
But if life consisted of climbing to the top of a mountain, much of it would go in the way. That is, "real life" would begin with the ascent of the mountain slope, and the distance traveled up to this point would be a preliminary life. And assuming you couldn’t make it to the top, what would that mean for your life?
YOUNG MAN:
PHILOSOPH:
Well, okay. I guess when you talk about lofty goals, you imagine something like a high mountain that must be conquered by a climber.
Yes, that’s right. People, including me, want to get to the top.

Among those who dance with violin, there are people who stick to their chosen course and become professional musicians. There are people who dance with manuscripts and become writers
Life is a series of moments that a person experiences as if he dances around each of these moments. As he assesses his surroundings, he realizes, "I ve made it here.
Of course, in doing so, they may reach different positions and degrees of success. But no one lives in the way. It is enough if one finds pleasure in his dance here and now.
When your goal
is climbing, not reaching the summit, you live in the here and now. In this case, it doesn't matter if you get to the top

that began with their birth into the world and continues with all kinds of twists and turns until one reaches the top, and then ends with his death. And the mindset of most of these people is that following
The concept that life looks like a consistent story is based on a Freudian etiology (cause attribution). This way of thinking makes much of life into something that happens "along the way. People who imagine their lives as climbing a mountain view their existence in a linear way.
If you don’t look at your life in a linear way, but think of it as a series of points or a series of moments, we can live here and now. Because life is not composed of lines and curves. If life were linear, then its planning would be possible.
in the here and now and enjoy every moment you live in. don’t look back at the past and don’t look into the future. a person should live as if he were dancing. there’s no need to compete with anyone
PHILOSOPH:
But isn’t it natural? What s the problem? Imagine you’re on theatrical stage. If the overhead lights were on, you’d be able to see the back rows of the auditorium. But you re standing under a bright spotlight and can hardly see even the front row. If you point the bright light at the "here now," you can no see neither the past nor the future anymore.
YOUNG MAN:
Oh, what nonsense! What a ridiculous idea! Your argument doesn’t just deny life plans; do you deny even trying to make them? You are simultaneously rejecting both the past and the future. It’s as if you’re advising me to walk blindfolded on a road to nowhere.
a series of moments
life is just
The problem is that one sees the twilight and darkness at the end of the novel and tries to figure life in the plot, and then says: "My life went so so and so, but I had no choice, and it is not my fault: it is my past, my surroundings, and so on." But the past as an excuse is nothing but a lie in life.
When one takes a Freudian etiology, he sees life as a grandiose affair built on causes and effects. Hence all the details: where and when I was born, what my childhood was like, what school I went to, and what company I got a job with. All of this determines who I am now and who I will be in the future.

in the past has nothing to do with your life here and now, and future events have nothing to do with your present life. if you live vigorously in the mood, you don’t worry about such things
to a life that seems meaningless
Give meaning
has no meaning; any meaning is given to it by man
life as a whole
The way of thinking offered by Adler’s psychology states that as long as we do not lose sight of the ideal of life and move in its direction, happiness awaits us
PHILOSOPH:
This is the nature of an energetic life. If I look back on my life up to the present day, no matter how hard I try, I cannot find a satisfactory explanation for why I exist here and now. It is the result of my life dance, and there is no other way to explain it. When you vigorously and conscientiously live every moment of your life, its meaning will become clear to you.
